What We're Growing
Several interconnected enterprises work across the property. Here’s what each one grows and where it stands this season.

Market Garden
Seasonal organic vegetables grown for fresh, local food.
Our mixed-vegetable market garden is up and running. Beds are planted on a full rotation, the soil is worked with compost and cover crops, and we harvest through the Valley's growing season every week.

Permaculture Orchard
A diverse, perennial food system designed around healthy soil, biodiversity, and long-term resilience.
Rather than rows of a single variety, the orchard is planted as a layered system: fruit and nut trees with supporting understory plantings that feed the soil and bring in pollinators. The trees are in the ground and filling out season by season.

More to Come
Complementary farm enterprises taking root alongside the gardens and orchard.
With the core enterprises established, we're adding complementary activities each season — the land helps decide what makes sense next.
